By purchasing this product, the Purchaser agrees to comply with and abide by the export laws and regulations of the US government agencies with jurisdiction over export controls including, but not limited to, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and the Bureau of Census (Census). The Purchaser further certifies that none of the products, software or technology received from PGW, LLC will be sold, transferred or otherwise made available directly or indirectly to, by or for any entities or individuals identified on any restricted or prohibited list maintained by any U.S. Government Agency including, but not limited to, the Denied Person’s List, the Entities List, the Specially Designated Nationals List, the Debarred List, the Unverified List or any other lists which may be published by a U.S. Government agency for the purpose of prohibiting the conduct of business or the engagement of any activity with any identified entity or individual. The Purchaser further agrees that none of the products, software nor technology received from PGW, LLC or derived from PGW, LLC products, software or technology will be sold, transferred or otherwise made available directly or indirectly to, by or for any military end use or end users and will not be used in the design, development, use or manufacturing of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missile technology products.
